会议摘要投稿截止日期:2024年6月30日(延期至7月25日)。
个人投稿摘要:首先在会议注册前进行会议摘要投稿。同时,在线投稿摘要和全文时必须首先注册获得国际园艺学会(ISHS)账号。尚无ISHS账号请首先按照https://www.actahort.org/members/newmember?asc=1链接注册成为ISHS会员;缴纳ISHS会员费并激活账号,然后方可开始会议摘要投稿。然后进行第八届国际柿学术研讨会注册,即可按照优惠注册费价格标准进行参会注册。

口头报告需用英文。

特邀报告40 min;主题演讲30 min;分组报告15 min。
请通过EISP秘书处提供的电脑Windows操作系统Office软件Powerpoint演讲。
墙报
英文制作墙报。
墙报尺寸:宽90 cm,高120 cm;请下载墙报参考模版.rar(请解压缩至Powerpoint文档,外观如下图)。
墙报必须标明标题、作者和单位;标题与副标题不小于80号字,正文不小于36号字。并建议将作者照片贴至墙报右上角。请使用照片、示意图、图表以吸引读者,同时这些图和表应清晰可辨;插入图片分辨率应不低于300 dpi。在指定的墙报评论和讨论时间(10月22日),请作者在展板旁边等候。
请不要邮寄或发送墙报电子版给秘书处;墙报由作者自行准备和打印并带至会场,现场报到时交给工作人员;组委会负责按顺序张贴墙报。
墙报张贴时间:10月20日。地点:杨凌国合之禾开元名庭酒店1楼大厅走廊。
