Note

To qualify for student registration, the photocopy of the student ID must be sent to the Secretariat (persimmon@mail.hzau.edu.cn).
 Participants need documentation for visa application are kindly requested to register early for the documentation preparing and mailing.
 Registration fees payment before July 30, EISP2024 Organizing will reserve hotel room for you.
 Just Registration with no fees payment, On-site Registration fees payment will be charged according to the standard after July 30, and EISP2024 Organizing can not reserve hotel room for you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received before September 20, 2024 will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations received after September 20, 2024 will have no refund.
